Course Substitutions/Degree Audits
In some cases, students may petition the Medical Humanities Steering Committee to have courses not listed in the catalog accepted as requirements for the minor. Additionally, degree audits do not always automatically pull in courses that count (for instance, an honors version of a course or a special topics course). Students may fill out the top part of the course substitution form below and send the form and relevant information to Professor Casey Kayser at ckayser@uark.edu for consideration or degree audit updates.
